Prices are in NZ dollars inclusive of GST.
The Lodge and Woolshed combined sleep 12 people.

Tariff is for xmas and new years period of $950 per night please, Daily Tariff The Lodge & Woolshed 20th January to 20th December $810 per night* The Lodge & Woolshed 20th December to 20th January $950 per night *Special offer - stay 3 nights for the cost of 2 during the Winter Season, 1st May to 30th September Ask for our weekly Tariff. Check in is 2pm, check out it 11am.

Minimum Bookings : 2 nights minimum 3 Nights Public Holiday Weekends 4 Nights Easter 5 Nights 20 December - 20 January An additional $50 surcharge applies for bookings less than the Minimum Linen and Cleaning All linen and towels provided. Serviced upon departure. Use of Vehicle An 8-seater vehicle can be provided for a nominal cost, please contact us to discuss this. Manager The property manager lives on-site.

Payment

Once your booking is confirmed and you have received your booking reference number you can pay online using Visa or Mastercard here.

Reservation Policy

A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation .

The balance is payable on or before arrival

Payment can be made by direct credit, cheque, credit card (see below) or cash.

Credit Card Payments: Visa & Master Card payment is available online but we on-charge the 3% commission. Please include the Booking Reference number we give you in your Booking Confirmation when paying online.

As soon as we get an email from Paymate confirming settlement of your payment your dates will be reserved in the Calendar.

Check in is at 2pm and check out at 11am.

Cancellation policy

Waiheke Heights is a small exclusive holiday home and late cancellations have a significant impact.

If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of the visit, a 25% charge applies.

If a reservation is cancelled within 14 days of the visit, a 50% charge applies.

Within 7 days, or for non arrivals, the full tariff will be charged
